Vidya Bharati Sansthan is a registered SANSTHAN under the Rajasthan Societies Registration Act 1958 (Act No. 28) by the Registrar of the societies of Rajasthan vide registration no. 36/Sikar/1991-92 dated 19th September, 1991 at Sikar (Rajasthan) India. (Remarks – Rajasthan Societies Registration Act 1958 (Act No. 28) came into force in 1958, prior to this Societies Registration act 1860 was followed and adopted in Rajasthan. As per clause 21 of Rajasthan Societies Registration Act all the laws relating to the Registration of Societies were repealed upon the commencement of this act)
